Lovely hotel in a lovely building with good views of the ocean. Staff were pleasant, room was spotless and generous-sized. The bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. Marvellous location - so close to Restaurants, Coffee Shops and whateverelse the beautiful Strand in Townsville has to offer as well as the airport. Also, to great eating places in the strand. Nice pool, parking on-site. Easy check-in. Very nice overall experience.

My new-fashioned and a nice size room came with bathroom, a view of the waterfront, for example. The location was top and peaceful, for example, Queens Gardens Townsville was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Convenience .Close to restaurants and the strand. Easy to find. Friendly customer service.
The broken lift door, the worn carpet in room 315, stood on a carpet nail put a hole in my sock. narrow carparks .

The rooms are spacious and modern with kitchen amenities and charming round windows. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to Jezzine Barracks. - the service at Waters Edge the Strand is excellent.

Right on the Strand and beautiful sea breeze which made our stay very comfortable. Was lovely relaxing around the pool with the sea breeze to cool you down.
